Job Description
Rexim Philippines Universal Sales Corporation is seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing sales/purchases and importation required in VAT reporting, ensuring timely submission of reports to government entities, payment of employee contributions and loans, monitoring accounts payable and receivables, and performing other accounting/administrative functions.
- Prepare/encode Sales/Purchases and importation required in VAT reporting.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to SSS/Pag-IBIG/PhilHealth and other government entities.
- Payment of contributions and loans of employees to SSS/Pag-IBIG and PhilHealth.
- Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables.
- Prepare payments to suppliers.
- Performs other accounting/administrative related functions.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in the related field and possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. They must also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Tagalog.
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Ability to meet deadlines; knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word; experienced in monthly Government reportorial requirements.
- Experienced in preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation.
- Knowledge in bookkeeping.
- Willing to start ASAP.
