Our team is looking for a skilled and innovative Product Innovator to help shape the future of our products.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in WordPress and eCommerce, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and lead under pressure. They will be responsible for defining and communicating product vision and strategy, collaborating with development and UI/UX teams, and conducting customer interviews to identify needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members
  • Collaborate with development and UI/UX teams to create product roadmaps and prioritize features
  • Conduct customer interviews to identify customer needs and market trends
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve products
  • Coordinate product launch activities including marketing strategies and training for sales teams
Requirements
  • Experience in WordPress and eCommerce is a must
  • Proven ability to communicate well in written and spoken English
  • Ample experience in related roles
  • The ability to learn new product ecosystems quickly
  • The ability to lead under pressure and inspire agility in your team
