Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Barista to join our team at Outpost Specialty Concepts Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Beverage department and manage all aspects of coffee production and service.
  • Develop and implement beverage menus and promotions that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled baristas to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a 4-year course in a relevant field, preferably with experience in Food and Beverage.
  • At least 2-3 years of solid experience as a Head Barista, including restaurant experience and knowledge of Beverage Development.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all Beverage department operations.
