Compliance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Officer to join our team at Job Matchmaker.

This is a challenging opportunity for a Business Law Compliance Expert who can provide exceptional services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' business operations are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Provide expert advice on corporate regulatory matters, including business registration, licenses, and permits.
• Assist clients with government transactions, such as business permit renewal, change of business name/trade name, and update of statutory information.
• Process other transactions with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), including tax filing, ORUS registration, and loose-leaf books of accounts.
• Offer assistance with financial compliance solutions, including opening business and corporate bank accounts, managing payroll and finances, and direct remittance of statutory payments.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in compliance and regulatory affairs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
