Finance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing vendor bills and ensuring timely financial reporting.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and contribute to the success of our finance team. As a Finance Administrator, you will have the chance to develop your skills in data entry, accounts payable, and financial administration.

  • Process vendor bills: Receive, review, and accurately enter bills into Commonsku and QuickBooks Online.
  • Maintain accurate financial records: Ensure correct currency application for invoices and verify bill details, including amounts and vendor information.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams: Resolve discrepancies or missing information and assist in reconciling accounts payable records.

Requirements:
