Remote Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced software developer to lead our remote team in building innovative web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing web applications using modern technologies and best practices
  • Collaborating with team members to define project requirements and deliverables
  • Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
  • Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to junior developers
  • Troubleshooting and debugging issues in existing applications
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development
    • Degree Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
    • Experience Requirements:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
    • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS
    • Proficiency in back-end technologies such as C# .NET, NodeJS, ExpressJS
    • Proficiency in RDBMs and NoSQL database technologies such as MSSQL, MySQL and MongoDB
    • Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure
