- They will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration.
- This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales or account management, with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and tailored solutions.
- Understand client needs and identify opportunities to propose suitable solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring efficient communication and effective collaboration.
- Manage multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
