As a professional customer service representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support for climate technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with clients in a courteous and efficient manner.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver prompt and accurate resolutions to customer concerns, including order expediting, invoice corrections, return goods authorization, and special build and drop-off orders.
  • Manage your time effectively to ensure seamless interaction handling and maintain productivity within acceptable transaction volume levels.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on shifting operations, including weekends with scheduled days off. You will also be able to assume cross-trained and backup functions as needed.

About This Opportunity:
  • Graduate of any 4-year course; graduates of engineering disciplines are also considered.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; two years of interactive customer service experience preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in marketing, sales, supply chain, or similar functions is a plus.
  • Background in offshore service operations and customer service in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Customer service minded with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; proficiency in another language is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, Oracle, Salesforce, Genesys Cloud, and other business systems and tools.
