We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant - Sales to join our team at ST. JORGE TRADERS CORP.
Job Summary- The ideal candidate will assist in managing client relationships, processing orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and quotations accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and the sales team to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales reports to inform business decisions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information to build strong relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role, preferably in trading or distribution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
