Job Description

A Senior Medical Operations Manager oversees a team of virtual assistants, ensuring their performance aligns with client expectations.

The ideal candidate will lead daily planning, operations, and problem-solving for Medical Client-VA pairs to meet set targets. They will partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability, collaborate with clients to grow their businesses using our services, and manage client needs and expectations through our offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Possess a degree in a medical or healthcare-related field.
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management.
  • High proficiency in English (written and oral).
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with high-level professionals.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset.
  • Experience in Training and Development is preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and efficiency with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to night shifts.
