Job Profile

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Collection Specialist to join our organization. This role is responsible for making contact with clients and collecting outstanding payments in a professional and timely manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong background in collections, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • At least 9 months of experience in BPO - Collections, specifically handling international accounts.
  • Must be proficient in using dialers.
  • Must have proven account management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with relevant collection laws and regulations is required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing trustful relationships with clients while ensuring timely payments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as good customer service orientation, are essential in achieving this goal.
