
Accounts Business Developer

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Manager to join our team and manage key client accounts. The ideal candidate will oversee client accounts from day-to-day, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations.
The Accounts Manager will be responsible for assisting in increasing market share and sales for clients' products or services, as well as assist clients' brand management in maintaining brand popularity among consumers through social media channels.
The role also involves coordinating with clients, sales staff, advertising executives, and marketing specialists in developing a brand image for clients' products.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and delivering projects on time, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of client accounts from day-to-day, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations
- Assistance in increasing market share and sales for clients' products or services
- Brand management in maintaining brand popularity among consumers through social media channels
- Coordination with clients, sales staff, advertising executives, and marketing specialists in developing a brand image for clients' products
The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of agency experience in client servicing, preferably handling clients from the hospitality and retail industries.
A strong understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, marketing, and social media management is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of agency experience in client servicing
- Clients handled are ideally from the hospitality and retail industries
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and delivering projects on time
- Strong understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, marketing, and social media management
