About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, preferably with CPA certification or equivalent. A minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience, including at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the construction industry, is required. You will lead and manage a team of accountants, train and develop staff to ensure high standards of accuracy and efficiency, and oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
