Key Role Overview

Core Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, oversee email inbox management, and prepare and maintain legal documents.
  • Project Operations: Execute special projects, coordinate cross-functional priorities, and compile weekly operational reports.
  • Office and Vendor Oversight: Track subscriptions, maintain records of vendor contacts, and plan internal events.
  • Technology and Systems Management: Use software tools effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of proven experience as an administrative professional or in a similar role.
  • Excellent project management skills, Excel skills, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and make sound judgment decisions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills.
