Content Strategist Job Opportunity

This strategic role involves crafting compelling content that drives business outcomes, thought leadership, and brand recognition. The successful candidate will oversee the entire content ecosystem, shaping editorial strategy, creating and repurposing assets, and distributing them across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive editorial calendar to plan, produce, and optimize content across formats.
  • Drive content strategy aligned with business goals, including pipeline generation, brand awareness, and client trust.
  • Effectively repurpose content, transforming a single concept into multiple pieces of content across channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, founders, and operations to capture stories, proof points, and differentiators.
  • Measure and optimize content performance, tracking traffic, engagement, leads, and pipeline influence.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends in customer experience, employee experience, and business process outsourcing to fuel timely commentary.
  • Pursue emerging channels, shifting algorithms, and new B2B trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • 4-6 years of experience primarily in B2B content marketing.
  • Proven track record of building content programs that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to switch between thought leadership, social copy, and client case studies.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer's journey, lead nurturing, and pipeline-focused marketing tactics.
  • Data-driven mindset, with comfort interviewing executives, clients, and subject matter experts.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, SEO, LinkedIn distribution, and basic understanding of marketing automation.
  • Strong project management chops, with the ability to juggle deadlines.
