As a Senior Technical Specialist for AI and CX Solutions at Manpower Core Group Inc., you will play a key role in designing and implementing AI-powered customer experiences.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development of AI-driven solutions, ensuring they meet the company's technical standards and client expectations.

You will work closely with the development team to:

  • Define project requirements and develop detailed project plans
  • Evaluate and select suitable software or hardware solutions
  • Implement scalable design, software improvements, and optimization solutions
  • Provide code reviews and feedback to software engineers

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 9 years of experience as a Senior Technical Specialist in AI and CX solutions
  • Experience in software development, with a focus on full stack development and AI-powered applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities
