Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Building Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fault detection and diagnostics products to clients and partners.

As a Digital Building Engineer, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to complete onboarding projects, manage timelines and milestones, and ensure that Clockworks analytics fulfills its role in a timely manner with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery and support of high-quality fault detection and diagnostics products to clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to complete onboarding projects and communicate timelines and milestones.
  • Conduct onboarding activities such as Data Collection Service installation, data discovery, and organization.
  • Troubleshoot diagnostics for automated fault detection on customer HVAC equipment.
  • Review findings and validate results reported by the software.
  • Train and engage customers and partners on Data Transfer Service, data connectivity, and related networking issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Self-motivation and the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and partners.
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, or 1–2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection and diagnostics.
Desirable Skills

Prior experience in:

  • Automated ongoing commissioning, fault detection and diagnostics, performance measurement, and verification.
  • Metadata applications such as Project Haystack.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
