Job Overview

The Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Project Manager in various aspects of project cost controlling.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Track subcontractor and purchase order costs
  • Review and process supplier progress billings
  • Prepare journal vouchers and document changes in plan costs
  • Assist in preparing commercial documentation for project status meetings
  • Handle project progress billing and collection
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of accounting/finance experience
