Senior Front-End Engineer

As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our web applications. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive web applications using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+). You will work closely with designers and backend engineers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code. Your primary focus will be on creating intuitive user interfaces, managing state across complex applications, and integrating with backend APIs.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, Vite, etc.). They will also have experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or React Query, as well as strong knowledge of component lifecycle, hooks, and functional programming principles.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring consistent coding standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure application stability and reduce regressions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web applications using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Implement UI components with attention to performance, accessibility, and scalability.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and handle client-side data management using tools like Redux, React Query, or Context API.
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices and component-based architecture.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure consistent coding standards.
  • Implement automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure application stability and reduce regressions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, Vite, etc.).
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or React Query.
  • Strong knowledge of component lifecycle, hooks, and functional programming principles.
  • Familiarity with design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and working in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with testing libraries such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, GraphQL, or Next.js is a plus.
