Sales Account Lead Trainer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CX Training Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for our Sales, Service, or Technical Support agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training content using various delivery methods, including instructor-led training, online facilitation, and computer-based training (CBT).
- Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching and developmental feedback to students.
- Collaborate with internal customers to develop custom courses that meet specific business needs.
- Measure training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain updated course materials and course masters.
- Perform day-to-day functional supervision of non-exempt work group and/or exempt trainer staff, including work assignment and attendance monitoring.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Two or more years of experience as a contact center trainer, preferably in a similar industry.
- Prior supervisory experience is desirable.
- Relevant experience with specific client programs or industries is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Access.
