The role is focused on designing and developing automated testing scripts to enhance delivery speed while maintaining high standards of quality.

This is an external contractor position with a flexible schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Manila Time. There may be opportunities for continued work through other projects or an extension, depending on organizational priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain automated tests in various layers (UI, API, etc) of the application using automation tools and scripting tools
  • Design reusable and scalable automation test components
  • Perform automated regression, smoke, functional and end-to-end testing
  • Conduct parallel and scheduled test execution
  • Analyze and report automation test results
  • Identify and resolve failed tests

Technical Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in Software Testing and Development
  • At least 1 year hands-on experience in Software QA Automation
  • Experience with UI automated test development using Selenium
  • C# programming skills with a strong grasp of object-oriented principles and best coding practices
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for managing repositories, configuring pipelines, and executing tests
  • Proven experience in developing and testing web and mobile applications, and/or kiosk-based systems.
  • Able to convert manual test cases to automation test scripts
  • Skilled at analyzing failed test scripts, debugging and tracing root causes
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Capacity to perform well in a fast-paced environment
