About the Role

As a Store Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless transactions at our store. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized checkout area, handle exchanges and refunds efficiently, and operate various equipment such as scanners, scales, and credit/debit card terminals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect payments, make change, and balance cash registers accurately.
  • Operate registers, scanners, scales, and credit card/debit card terminals to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Balancing cash drawers and generating reports for sales.
  • Provide accurate information on prices and quantities, offer receipts, and handle exchanges and refunds effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (4-year course).
  • Background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum of 1 year/s experience in a similar industry.
