About the Role

The Team Manager plays a pivotal role in driving team success by managing, motivating, and coordinating activities to achieve defined objectives and service levels. Ensuring calls are handled professionally is paramount. They direct and guide team members to consistently meet key performance metrics. This includes achieving, measuring, reporting, and communicating metric goal attainment for assigned teams.

The Team Manager maintains accurate and timely communication of client and campaign issues to the Manager Site Operations. They achieve goals for call monitoring and scores for assigned technical support agents. Cultivating agent growth through coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities is also essential. The Team Manager monitors and resolves performance, behavior, and attendance issues using prescribed performance management techniques.

Maintaining current employee records for direct reports is a critical responsibility. Serving as a Subject Matter Expert is also necessary. Evaluating training needs for subordinates ensures they have the skills required to perform their job duties effectively. Modifying operations under the supervision of Operations Manager to meet service level agreements is an ongoing task. Resolving escalated customer issues requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
