We are seeking a Commercial Growth Manager to join our team at HOTEL RESORT AND RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION OF CEBU INC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, while building strong relationships with clients.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales or commercial growth, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities; able to effectively present products and negotiate deals.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding of the company's products or services and ability to convey key features and benefits to clients.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
