Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests, reading and listening to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
• Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to guests.
• Checking identification to ensure guests are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Preparing and serving drinks.
• Accepting payment from guests.
• Cleaning glasses and bar utensils.
• Processing cash and credit card transactions following appropriate procedures.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for guests and team members.
• Carrying out tasks with attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety.
• Assisting with inventory and inventory control.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
