Pool Safety and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pool Safety and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of safety and maintenance standards in our swimming pool area. • Safety Protocols: Maintain continuous surveillance of people in the swimming pool to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Swimming Team Supervision: Ensure that swimmers are aware of and adhere to safety guidelines and rules.
• Hazard Monitoring: Identify potential hazards and take prompt action to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
• Rescue Operations: Perform rescue operations in emergency situations and provide first aid and CPR as required.

• Poll Chemical Management: Monitor and maintain accurate records of pool chemical levels to ensure safe and healthy swimming conditions.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all pool equipment is stored safely and properly maintained to prevent breakdowns and accidents.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of pool usage and maintenance activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pool safety and maintenance.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
