Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Professional to join our team at International Elevator & Equipment, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, engineers, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains contact with clients, engineers, and consultants to understand their requirements for Chiller system control Building Management System.
  • Prepares and submits quotations, makes necessary follow-ups, and solicits assistance from superiors or company officers as required.
  • Secures layout drawings from owners/representatives as references for estimate preparation.
  • Attends job site meetings, submits periodic sales reports, collects due amounts, and performs other sales-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, preferably licensed by the PRC.
  • Entry-level position (Fresh Graduate up to 2 years of experience).
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and oral English and Filipino.
  • Able to discuss intelligently all matters about sales of product line.
