Key Accountabilities:
  • Maintain and repair building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation within design capabilities.
  • Develop and implement energy management programs to minimize operating costs.
  • Oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors including landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbers, and cleaning.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Civil Engineer (Required)
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in construction; background working in a subdivision is advantageous.
