We are seeking a skilled and innovative Interior Designer with expertise in 3D modeling and drafting to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior designs, developing detailed construction drawings, and utilizing 3D modeling software to visualize and present design concepts.

This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.

• Develop and execute interior design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals
• Create detailed construction drawings and plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections
• Utilize 3D modeling software to create realistic visualizations of design concepts and presentations
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures for interior spaces
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project feasibility
• Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented according to plans and standards

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max
• Strong drafting skills and experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD
• Excellent understanding of construction details and building codes
• Creative and innovative design approach with a strong sense of aesthetics
• Ability to interpret and translate client requirements into functional and attractive designs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in design documentation

• Experience with project management and coordination
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices
• Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) tools for immersive design presentations
