- Establish, implement, and monitor project resources, including setups, standards, and skill assessment.
- Facilitate the assignment of project team members, ensuring efficient allocation of common resources and skills within the project.
- Manage communication and coordination of technical issues with external project teams.
- Prepare periodic project reports and ensure quality control of design, process, and contract documents.
- Manage due diligence activities and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
- Support clients in preparation of documents for application permits and manage project correspondences.
- Mentor project team on company standards and procedures.
- Manage the preparation of contract documents and specifications for projects.
- Bachelor's degree and Professional License in Architecture.
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects, resources, and overseeing projects from inception to completion and closeout.
- Broad and significant exposure in construction.
