Job Description

As a critical member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on one or more back-end services for our Order Management Solutions service line. This role involves supporting countries, regions, or globally, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks/target assigned.

You will be part of a larger team, sharing best practices and working collaboratively to continuously improve our services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Any degree is accepted, but a degree in logistics or management is preferred.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of job experience from the BPO or logistics domain is desired, especially with order management experience.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office, effective English communication skills (written and verbal), logical reasoning skills, and high-level customer-centricity.
