Financial Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Finance Manager to drive our financial operations, ensure strong fiscal health, and guide strategic decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes, maximize profitability, and support business expansion through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Provide actionable and data-driven recommendations to support executive decision-making and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration degree; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably with a track record of managing large budgets and delivering accurate financial reports.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budget management, tax compliance, and internal controls to drive financial stability and growth.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and drive business outcomes through effective communication and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems, financial analysis tools, and Microsoft Office applications to streamline financial processes and enhance productivity.
