We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of various projects and ensuring their successful implementation.

About the Role:

  • Analyze functional specifications, identify requirements, and challenge requirements architecture to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Assign tasks/defects to the team using a predefined strategy and their skillset.
  • Ensure the team is aligned and informed about project requirements, risks, and quality.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Prepare discovery questions, participate in meetings for lead qualification & opportunity development.
  • Follow up on issue defects reports, conduct historical analyses of test results, and integrate quality results into project plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize project progress and address potential roadblocks.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior role in software development teams.
  • Proven expertise in web development, eCommerce projects, debugging, performance profiling, and optimization.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide team members in utilizing information-sharing tools.
