Seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer for Freelance Work

We are looking for a skilled and experienced full-stack software developer to work on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of React and Node.js, as well as experience with AI/ML integration.

The project involves taking a working prototype to a stable and scalable product within a tight timeline. This requires strong debugging instincts, a clean architecture mindset, and the ability to turn ambiguous requirements into shippable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, debug, and polish features across the existing React front end and Node.js back end.
  • Implement and refine role-based dashboards: inspector, client/homebuyer portal, contractor dashboard, and lead-generation dashboard.
  • Stabilize and resolve API hooks and third-party integrations; improve UI/UX responsiveness and reliability.
  • Integrate computer vision for photo analysis and NLP for inspector remarks to run compliance checks and generate actionable suggestions.
  • Design explainable pipelines with measurable accuracy; reduce false positives/negatives and hallucinations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years building production web applications with React (front end) and Node.js (back end).
  • Hands-on integration of AI/ML into applications (computer vision and NLP), including model serving and evaluation.
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs/webhooks and third-party service integrations.
  • Practical DevOps and QA skills: Git/GitHub, CI/CD, automated testing, and release management.
  • Excellent English communication and ability to work 40 hours/week.
