  • Collaborating with client's advocates to ensure efficient resolution of patient needs.
  • Engaging in telephonic communication with stakeholders to facilitate various tasks.
  • Diligently documenting and tracking tasks using Salesforce CRM.
  • Effectively self-managing your caseload to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Exceptional professional communication skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare administrative terminology.
  • Experience in customer service (call support, counseling, coaching, billing support, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines and upholding promises to colleagues.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in care coordination, management, or social work is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency in Salesforce CRM are also highly valued.
