AI Software Engineer Role

We are seeking a talented AI software engineer to join our team in developing cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and deploying machine learning models, as well as a strong understanding of AI concepts and techniques.

This role involves working with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered features that drive business value. You will be responsible for developing production-grade AI code, fine-tuning models, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in building and deploying ML/AI solutions, including hands-on work with large language models (LLMs) or generative AI
  • Experience in financial services, credit risk, or banking is a plus
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with expertise in writing clean, modular, and tested code
  • Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning methods such as Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF)
  • Proficient in ML/DL frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
  • Familiarity with MLOps and observability tools, including MLflow, Kubeflow, or LangSmith
