Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust identity and access management system for THOMSON REUTERS CORP PTE LTD - PHILIPPINE BRANCH. This includes:

  • Managing and maintaining Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services on Windows 2012/2016 platforms.
  • Creating and configuring group policy objects (GPOs) and group policy containers (GPCs) to enforce security policies and settings.
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting issues with user authentication, account permissions, and directory replication.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities and implement remediation measures.
  • Developing and implementing automation scripts and tools to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Maintaining documentation of system configurations, security policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in IT or IT security, with a strong background in Windows Server administration and identity management.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Group Policy, and Certificate Services.
  • Experience working with cloud-based identity and access management solutions.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and experience with automation tools like Ansible.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
