About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Healthcare Executive at Omega Healthcare Management Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Customer Interactions: Answer incoming customer calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer complaints.
  2. Account Management: Process customer accounts, review account information, and make necessary adjustments.
  3. Communication with Insurers: Contact insurance companies and third-party providers to verify billing information and claim status.
  4. Collections and Resolution: Resolve past-due accounts and maintain open communication with customers.
  5. Policies and Procedures: Familiarize yourself with company policies and procedures, and adhere to information systems security protocols.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Language Skills: Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent required.
  • Work Schedule: Availability to work during regular business hours.
  • English Language Skills: Excellent spoken English skills.
