Job Title: Fine Jewelry Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fine Jewelry Production Manager to oversee the entire manufacturing process of fine jewelry.

This role is responsible for managing production schedules, allocating workloads, and tracking progress across internal teams and external manufacturers.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Manage production schedules, allocate workloads, and track progress across internal teams and external manufacturers.
  • Coordinate with designers, CAD teams, bench jewelers, casters, and stone setters to bring designs to life.
  • Source and manage relationships with material suppliers and subcontractors (casting, polishing, plating, etc.).
  • Maintain detailed production documentation including BOMs (Bill of Materials), cost sheets, and timelines.
  • Implement and enforce quality control standards across all stages of production.
  • Forecast inventory needs and ensure all necessary materials (metals, stones, findings) are procured on time.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, minimize delays, and optimize efficiency and cost.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in jewelry production or manufacturing management.
  • Strong knowledge of jewelry materials, processes (casting, stone setting, polishing), and supply chain.
  • Familiar with CAD/CAM and jewelry design software.
  • Strong vendor and supplier management experience.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for craftsmanship and quality.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong understanding of the jewelry industry.
