Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as an Oncology Business Specialist.

This role will focus on implementing Rx (medical prescription) and sales generation, coverage of targeted doctors within assigned areas, customer service and relationship marketing strategies, and follow-up of sales in targeted outlets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be driven by results and customer satisfaction. A Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course is required, with 3-6 years of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective marketing strategies and operations-led programs for top MD clients and relevant hospital accounts.
  • Conceptualize and execute product-led and customized territorial programs based on the needs of MDs.
  • Provide exceptional customer focus/service, resource management, and relationship marketing initiatives to customers.
  • Participate in corporate, divisional, medical, and allied society functions, and support CME functions through events management, detailing, product presentation, and RTD/FGD implementation.
