Job Overview- This position is responsible for ensuring a healthy and safe work environment for colleagues.
- The Company Nurse will develop and implement health and safety programs, assess health risks, and provide preventative and treatment services to employees.
- Organize and administer health service programs in collaboration with physicians or independently.
- Provide nursing care and first aid treatment to injured or ill workers.
- Maintain inventory and stock of medications and medical supplies.
- Participate in health maintenance examinations and refer employees to physicians as needed.
- Promote occupational health and safety by suggesting improvements to the working environment.
- Maintain accurate reporting and records.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
- Registered Nurse with updated PRC License.
- 50 hours of BOSH Training for Nurses.
- At least 1-2 years' experience as a Company Nurse.
- Excellent knowledge of emergency healthcare-related issues.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Critical thinking skills for making healthcare recommendations.
- Able to provide comfort and explain problems clearly to colleagues.
- Familiarity with HMO related concerns.
- Ability to work flexible schedules.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
