Job Description
This role involves providing exceptional support for our Private Credit Management System. You will work closely with internal teams to understand system functionalities and provide accurate, up-to-date solutions. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving technical problems related to the software are key responsibilities of this position. You will also maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by analyzing and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in support roles, preferably involving financial systems or private credit management systems.
  • Strong understanding of the financial market, specifically private credit products.
  • Experience working with financial management software or similar systems is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
