Job Description

As a Personal Assistant to the CEO of L.G. Atkimson Import-Export, Inc., you will play a crucial role in managing the CEO's schedule and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: You will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, prioritizing sensitive matters, and making travel arrangements as needed.
  • Meeting Organization: You will organize meetings, send reminders, and arrange catering when necessary to ensure that all attendees are well-prepared and comfortable.
  • Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to the CEO, handling bank-to-bank transactions, processing payments, and performing other tasks assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with the CEO, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: You must be highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain accuracy in your work.
