Loan Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Loan Processor to fill a critical position in our lending operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen eye for accuracy, working closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to facilitate efficient loan processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Review initial loan applications for accuracy and completeness to ensure seamless loan progression.
- Gather, verify, and analyze financial and personal documentation such as credit reports, tax returns, pay stubs, and bank statements to validate loan eligibility.
- Prepare and submit loan packages to underwriting for approval, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate and communicate with loan officers, underwriters, clients, title companies, and other third-party vendors to resolve any issues that may arise during the loan process.
- Ensure all required documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Track and update loan status in the system, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the process to promote transparency and trust.
- Resolve documentation or credit issues and request additional information when necessary to prevent loan delays.
- Schedule and prepare closing documents in coordination with the closing team to ensure timely loan completion.
- Maintain accurate records and files in accordance with company policies and auditing requirements, guaranteeing data integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in loan origination systems (MyCRM, Mercury, Infynity, Apply Online, Quickli, PropertyHub) to streamline loan processing.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple loan applications simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy to maintain loan integrity and minimize errors.
