The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of industry experience and a strong background in managing Perimeter Security technologies deployed in client infrastructure. Key responsibilities will include handling change and support requests from customers, performing initial troubleshooting on issues, and escalating to the shared SOC team as needed.

You will also establish good working relationships with stakeholders and provide regular reports on tasks performed. A key aspect of this role is providing hands-on support for remote teams inside the client infrastructure for troubleshooting and other activities.

Additionally, you will work with vendors to resolve internal and customer issues in a timely manner. Technical skills required for this position include Firewall (UTM / NGFW) expertise with FortiGate & Check Point, Web Proxy + ZTNA knowledge of Netskope/Zscaler, and Web Application Firewall experience with Array Networks.
