**Job Title: Customer Support Consultant**
We are seeking a talented and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Support Consultant. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our valued clients.
Job Summary:
This role involves handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to provide technical assistance and guidance to customers regarding our services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements:
- At least a High School Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
- 6 months of experience in customer service
- Excellent English communication skills
- Availability to start immediately
