Job Description

Maintain accurate and detailed financial records and bookkeeping systems to ensure seamless financial management.

Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely and efficient manner to prevent any discrepancies.

Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to identify and resolve any issues promptly.

Generate comprehensive financial reports and statements to provide stakeholders with valuable insights.

Track property-related expenses and income to make informed decisions about financial investments.

Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.

Report directly to management to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Handle bookkeeping for multiple properties, including those in New York and Miami, to provide a cohesive financial picture.

 Requirements
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping with a strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software and remote work tools to enhance productivity
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accuracy and efficiency
  • English language proficiency to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Experience with property management accounting is preferred to leverage existing knowledge
  • Ability to work US Eastern Time Zone hours to align with organizational needs
