We are seeking a Quality Management System Governance Lead to support the development, documentation, and implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS). This role will collaborate with multiple departments to create, refine, and standardize policies, procedures, and compliance documents to ensure operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in quality management, process documentation, and compliance. They will be responsible for developing and managing QMS documentation, facilitating approval processes, and ensuring compliance with ISO, HACCP, and other standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage QMS documentation (policies, SOPs, work instructions)
  • Facilitate approval processes and ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, and other standards
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing and organizing documentation
  • Work closely with teams to improve and standardize business processes
  • Assist in QMS training and awareness programs across departments
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency and compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree: Any College Courses
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Quality Management, Process Documentation, or Compliance
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, HACCP, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills is REQUIRED
  • Experience with document control systems and process improvement is a plus
