About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial operations, logistics management, and inventory control.

MERCHANDISING INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure that all merchandising and props for Brand Engagement Events are well accounted for and in order.

EVENT OPERATIONS LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT

  • Coordinate the seamless execution of BE logistics for an event according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • The SLAs include LGU for festival-related events, Venue, Network, security, merchandising, and Warehouse.

REPORTS MANAGEMENT AND DOCUMENTATION

  • Process sponsorship fees for festivals, private events, and other organizers by handling documentation properly.
  • Submit reports on time.

BILLING AND PAYMENT PROCESSING

  • Prioritize timely payment of TPAs and sponsorships.
  • Manage GTM Team's CCT effectively.

BUDGET MONITORING

  • Monitor OPEX and BE A&P budget spend.
  • Fund IOS and WBS from Brands and other groups for BE execution.

TPA MONITORING

  • Track and coordinate all TPA project assignments, shares of business, payments, and regular updates.
