SEO Editor Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SEO Content Editor to refine and enhance blog content, ensuring high standards for quality, accuracy, and alignment with our clients' goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven editorial background, extensive experience in editing and proofreading various types of content, and a strong understanding of Associated Press (AP) style guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Review and edit AI-generated blog posts for clarity, coherence, tone, and factual accuracy.
  • Strategically add relevant reference links and anchor text to improve SEO performance and user experience.
  • Ensure client-specific discussions, branding, and messaging are consistently represented.
  • Select and insert appropriate images, including writing effective alt text.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading to eliminate grammatical errors, typos, and punctuation mistakes.
  • Maintain a high standard of content quality, adhering to project guidelines and client expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven editorial experience with extensive content editing and proofreading skills.
  • Strong AP style knowledge and application.
  • Familiarity with basic SEO principles, including keyword integration and on-page optimization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and language skills.
  • Proficiency with Grammarly and ability to work quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent written communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
